Our Story

Fly for Good Youth Services was founded on the belief that every young person deserves a chance to succeed—no matter their background or circumstances. Our founder, Darrin Chase, witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by youth in underserved communities: limited access to basic resources, a lack of mentorship, and environments that too often overlooked their potential. Motivated by a deep commitment to uplift and empower the next generation, Darrin launched Fly for Good Youth Services with a clear mission—to remove barriers, build confidence, and create opportunities for young people to thrive. What began as a grassroots initiative has grown into a trusted organization that provides direct support to youth through a variety of programs, including academic enrichment, mentorship, clothing drives, and life-skills development. At the heart of our work is a belief in the resilience and promise of every young person. The name “Fly for Good” speaks to our purpose: helping youth rise—not just for themselves, but for the greater good of their communities.
